Birthday videos

A birthday message they will want to replay

Swap the two-word text for a short video from a character with real presence. Share their name, a story only your circle knows and one thing worth cheering; you approve the script, we film the performance. Packages start at $14.

What to tell the writer

Three details carry a birthday script:

  • the name they actually answer to,
  • one thing they did this year that deserves applause,
  • one gentle bit of teasing they will take in good humour.

Leave out surnames, addresses and anything private. First names and shared memories are plenty.

Match the character to the person

Shakespeare can turn a fortieth into a sonnet or a mock tragedy. Einstein suits the friend who reads three books at once. Robin Hood fits the one who always picks up the bill, and Dracula is surprisingly sweet for a late-October birthday.

At the party or first thing in the morning

The finished video sits on a private page. Cast it to the television when the cake comes out, drop the share link in the family chat, or download it and save it for breakfast. Only people you send the link to can watch it.

Several birthdays on the calendar?

The three- and five-video packages were made for this. Buy once, make the first birthday video now and keep the remaining credits on your order page for the next person on the list. Credits work with any character.

Good to know

Questions, answered

How much is a birthday video?

$14 for one video, $28 for three or $40 for five. Birthday videos cost the same as every other occasion.

Will it be ready in time for the party?

Most videos are ready within a few hours of payment. If the party is today, order early: a busy queue can take longer, and we would rather you were not watching the clock.

Will my video look like the sample?

Only in style. Samples show how each character sounds and moves; yours uses the script you approve, with your recipient's name and your details.

Do you offer famous living people?

No. We only offer public-domain historical figures and characters from old books, and every video is labelled as an AI interpretation.

What if something comes out wrong?

Each video includes one free remake of the same script within 30 days. Open your order page and choose Remake; it does not use a credit.
