Good to know

Credits, explained.

What is a credit worth?

Ten cents toward anything we make. A personalized video from any character is 140 credits; the script costs nothing extra, and you approve it before anything is recorded. Bigger packs cost less per credit.

Where do my credits live?

On your account. Sign in and open My creations to see your balance and start a video, or use the private order page linked in your confirmation email.

Can I mix characters?

Yes. Credits are not tied to a character. Santa this week, Sherlock next month, same balance.

What if a video can't be made?

If we can't finish a video, its credits go straight back to your balance and we email you. One remake of the same script is free within 30 days and never uses a credit.

Do credits expire?

Yes, 6 months after you buy them. Your account shows how many are due to lapse and when, and the oldest credits are always used first.
